Monthly cost for 1 bedroom apartment?

Im getting a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment that is 700 sq feet and rent is 535 a month. I was wondering how must the other expenses would average..such as, electricity, water, internet/cable and groceries for 1 person. Thank you!
