Do you think punishment should be harsher than it is for animal cruelty/abuse?

Yes. There is no excuse for it. Anyone who harms and abuses something smaller and weaker than them is a bully, and should be severely dealt with. I would like to see a society that has zero tolerance to all cruelty whether it be human or animal. They should be severely dealt with to teach them a lesson. I wish I was able to dish out punishment to these scumbags. It sure would'nt be pretty, I'd leave them wishing they had never been born.
