I think you should calm down until you have the means to be on your own. You obviously don't have much of a relationship with your current boyfriend (don't get offended!) but you do need him until you are stable financially. Messing around with this boy while living with your boyfriend could land you on the street. If you really care for this new boy, and he feels the same, the two of you should remain friends until you are on your own. Then, break up with current and see how things go with the new. =)
