Does all this seem expensive for 2 female guinea pigs...?

Not at ALL!! First time payments for guinea pigs will be fairley expensive but after that it goes down, because you almost never have to buy new cages or food bowls or brushes and things like that. And yea Petsmart is cruel, your just too ignorant to realize it.
