Cruelty Free Living Tips?

I have been a vegetarian for over a year and I want to go vegan. Can you guys name any good vegan foods? What are your favorite vegan foods? Also can you share with me all the vegan foods that you know of. Also any vegetarians or vegans can you share your experiences and reasons why you choose not to eat meat or animal products? I already use cruelty free makeup, shampoo, conditioner, hairspray, lotion, and perfume but i want to know if there are any other brands that I could use that are not animal tested. What are some of your favorite cosmetics that aren't tested on animals? Some favorite cruelty free products that you like to use? Or any other information that is cruelty free and not tested on animals. No haters please!
